Kindergarten Literacy Series
Sign Kindergarteners up for this mid-year literacy series designed to strengthen foundational reading and writing skills. This 4-part series will be held in a small group setting of up to 4 children, allowing for personalized support and confidence-building. Kindergarteners will practice and apply grade-level literacy skills (reading, writing and sight-words) through creative projects, group games, and hands-on learning activities. Families will receive take-home resources to reinforce skills at home!
Lesson dates: 2/19, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19
One make-up session on 3/26 for any child who has missed 1+ sessions.

Teacher Bio:
Ms. Jordan is a dedicated educator with a passion for keeping learning fun and full of joy! She specializes in meeting students at their individual learning levels and using strength-based strategies to build confidence and academic independence. With 8 years of experience teaching kindergarten and 3 years in special education, she has extensive knowledge of foundational K-2 skills and curriculum. Ms. Jordan loves to teach through hands-on activities, games, and art!
